STEP 1: Press and push the nasolabial folds
① First, push your tongue towards the right side of your nose, starting the exercise from the upper part of the nasolabial fold next to your nose.
② Push your tongue forward from the inside of your mouth, while pressing the outside of the acupressure point with your right index finger for 5 seconds and then releasing. Repeat this pressing motion 3 times, and then do the same action on the left side.
STEP 2: Tongue Stretch
① Close your lips and use your tongue to move from top to bottom along the inside of your mouth, massaging the nasolabial folds from the inside.
② Move your tongue to below the corners of your mouth and massage upwards along the path. Repeat this 3 times on each side.
③ Keep your mouth closed, with your upper and lower lips pressed together. Inside your mouth, use your tongue to massage your mouth in a counter-clockwise direction, starting from the right corner of your mouth. Hold for 5 seconds each time, and do this 3 times in total.
④ Keep your mouth closed, fill your oral cavity with air, and push this air to your left and right cheeks in turn, applying pressure to your cheeks. Hold for 5 seconds each time, and repeat 3 times.
STEP 3: Lift face with palms
① Open your hands, palms facing up, fingers together, naturally curved.
② Place the little finger side on the left and right nasolabial folds, with the palm facing outwards.
③ Use your palms to lift your cheek muscles upwards for 5 seconds, then release. Repeat steps ①-③ 3 times. Keep your mouth closed throughout the process to prevent your facial muscles from relaxing.

STEP 1: Finger pad rubbing
① Extend your index and middle fingers, place the pads of your fingers below your eyes, and fix your middle finger under the inner corner of your eye.
② Fix the pad of your middle finger, and use the pad of your index finger to push and rub horizontally outwards. The skin in this area is relatively thin, so try not to use too much force when pushing and rubbing.
③ Gently rub your index finger inwards and bring it together. Repeat steps ①-③, rubbing back and forth 3 times.
④ Place your index and middle fingers together above your eyes, with the pad of your middle finger fixed at your eyebrow.
⑤ Gently rub the pad of your index finger towards the tail of your eyebrow, keeping the pad of your middle finger fixed on your eyebrow throughout the process.
⑥ Bring your removed index finger inward and gently rub it from the tail of your eyebrow to the head of your eyebrow with your fingertip. Repeat steps ④-⑥ three times.
STEP 2: Stretch to reduce swelling
① Place your index and middle fingers together horizontally next to the outer corner of your eye, with the fingertips pointing towards your eye.
② Move your index and middle fingers up and down simultaneously, and gently rub with your fingertips to stretch the muscles at the outer corner of your eye. Hold the lifting motion for 5 seconds and repeat 3 times.
③ Extend your index finger, place the pad of your finger on your left and right eyebrows, and close your eyes.
④ Starting from the inner corner of the eyebrow, use your fingertips to push towards the outer corner of the eyebrow, stretching the muscles above the eye outwards. Repeat steps ③ and ④ three times.
