How to Make Perfect Homemade Mixed Noodles

How to Make Perfect Homemade Mixed Noodles

Everyone loves food, and everyone enjoys trying different kinds of cuisine. We are all powerless against delicious food. In my family, we often cook simple yet varied dishes, so everyone in our family has a rather discerning palate. For northerners, steamed buns and noodles are favorites, and in our family, mixed noodles are also a common dish.

However, making a delicious bowl of mixed noodles is not a simple task. The key to good mixed noodles lies in two main aspects: firstly, the seasoning must be well-balanced, and secondly, the noodles must be cooked to the perfect firmness. Too firm or too soft will affect the texture. Some people feel that making it themselves is too much trouble and that eating out is more convenient. But I want to say that restaurant food is not always hygienic, and they often use too much seasoning, which is unhealthy. Therefore, I'll introduce a method here that is both hygienic and healthy, and this is how to make it delicious.

First, prepare ingredients such as noodles, potatoes, green radishes, tomatoes, and tofu. Wash the vegetables thoroughly, then cut the potatoes and green radishes into cubes or strips according to your preference. Cut the tomatoes into strips and set aside the tofu cut into small cubes.

Second, turn on the heat for a few minutes, add a little oil, then put the potatoes, green radishes, and tomatoes into the pot and stir-fry. After a few minutes, you can add salt, MSG, oyster sauce, etc. Once the food is cooked, you can put it into a bowl and put it in a steamer to keep it warm.

Third, you can start cooking the noodles now. Once the water boils, add the noodles and cook for 3-5 minutes. Then rinse them with cold water, put them in a plate, and pour the sauce over them to finish.
