Don't go too fast or too slow; a moderate speed is fine. Focus on cycling and don't think about anything else, or you won't feel tired. After finishing, don't lower your legs immediately. Maintain the starting position, bring your legs together, and extend them straight up into the air, keeping your knees straight and toes pointed. Hold this position for 3 minutes, then slowly lower them.
