6 Stomach-Healing Porridge Recipes for Ulcers & Digestive Health

  6. Peach Kernel and Pork Stomach Congee

  Take 10g each of peach kernels (skin and tips removed) and raw rehmannia root, 50g each of cooked pork stomach slices and rice, and appropriate seasonings. Finely chop the stomach slices; decoct with twice the amount of water to extract the juice, add the pork stomach and rice, and cook into a thin porridge. Season to taste and consume once daily.
